How to make a reservation

1. Create an account with your email, then verify the link sent to your inbox.
2. Complete your profile. Indian nationals provide Aadhaar; foreign nationals provide passport. A clear, recent photo is mandatory.
3. Pick your dates. For devotees from India, Nepal and Bhutan, booking opens 30 days in advance; overseas devotees from all other countries can book up to 6 months in advance. Booking opens at 00:01 IST and closes 23:59 IST the day before arrival. You can book up to 2 days per booking.
4. Choose a room type and enter accompanying members (up to 3 per room, children under 4 stay free).
5. Review and pay securely via Razorpay (UPI, card, or netbanking). A confirmation email follows immediately on successful payment.
6. Check in at the counter on your arrival day. Show your confirmation email; documents will be verified.

Important

• Bookings are non-transferable; the lead member must be present at check-in.
• No cancellations or refunds once payment is confirmed.
• For walk-ins or single-person stays, please visit the Accommodation Office in person (open 6:30 AM – 8:00 PM IST).
