  1. This portal is operated by the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust to facilitate online room reservations at Prasanthi Nilayam.
  2. Bookings made through this portal are subject to the Booking Policy. The lead member must be physically present at check-in and bookings are non-transferable.
  3. The Trust reserves the right to cancel any booking at check-in if document verification fails. Amounts paid are non-refundable.
  4. Information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Misrepresentation may result in the account being blocked.
  5. The portal and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. The Trust is not liable for any loss arising from use of the portal beyond what is required by applicable law.
